Fellow Maui artist Gabe Mott made this YouTube video about the Primarily Red show at the Hui No'eau. He was inspired by this show to do a video showcasing the work with comments about the color red as the audio. It was pretty cool how it came together, he interviewed visitors to the gallery and collected voicemail messages... it all happened so quickly, I was impressed! Of course I have to put in a shameless plug; my work is featured about four minutes in! Check it out, it's pretty cool!

Great title.
That's the quilt that got selected!!! I love it.
Gabe did a great job. Look like everyone enjoy the show. Wish I can be there too.
Loved it! What a great idea to record peoples' impressions of the color red. Loved your quilt!
That reminds me of the book "Colors" by Ken Nordine and Henrik Drescher. I was going to quote teh red page, but there was only Burgundy and Magenta -- which are close, but not RED.
Your quilt looks great and my other favorite piece from teh video was hanging right next to yours -- such good company. :-)
